We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site or legal requirements. Updates will be posted here with a revised effective date.
Accounts, carts and requests
Your cart is saved in your browser to remember your selection. If you sign in, a copy is saved to your account. We store your email and request details, including your delivery address, to respond to requests and show your history. Product requests are not payments or stock reservations.
Email updates
Newsletter subscriptions require a separate opt-in. Creating an account, sending a message or requesting products does not subscribe you. Newsletter emails include an unsubscribe link. Firebase provides our account and data services; Resend is used to deliver newsletters when enabled. Contact us to request access to or deletion of your information.
